Schools may compete in any region

Originally, the AF Nationals sought to limit what schools could compete at what event based solely on geography. While the concept was sound, many schools called and brought up SOLID REASONS this is not a great idea. Many schools like to travel during their Spring Break and with breaks at different times nationally, the limitation on travel seemed artificial and served no purpose. Along with schools ENJOYING seeing teams from outside their area (schools they may never get to see again!), and schools being between venues and having to be assigned artificially by SNI, more and more good reasons were popping to the surface diminishing the reasons for limiting the travel.

Therefore, SNI has rescinded the limitation on attending ANY meet. All AF Nationals schools may attend ANY AF Nationals event without limitation or restriction on trophies awarded, etc. While we do not expect many schools to travel outside their “designated” area, we want the schools to know this is THERE option from this point forward.
