South Central Championships
The Battle in the Old West
The South Central Championships will be held at the gorgeous Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio, Texas. Located just minutes from the downtown Riverwalk area of San Antonio, Texas. Configured for this military drill competition, the indoor venue is plush, with expansive indoor competition areas, fixed raised seating, on-site concessions, plenty of parking and great judging supplied from several of the famous Air Force bases in the area. This competition site will be one of the most impressive facilities many of your attending cadets may ever have the privilege to drill within!
The Air Force Nationals have been designed to promote the positive aspects and benefits of Junior ROTC as well as give Air Force JROTC members a drill meet of their own. It is also designed to give outstanding Air Force JROTC programs a chance to compete within a first-class, gorgeous, safe competition. venue. Your cadets will tell you how awesome the event is and we welcome your attendance. Texas drill is WORLD RENOWNED so we look forward Solid attendance will keep this event based in the south making attendance by all teams in the southeastern United States more economical and with an easier turn-around.
After the amazing success of this event in the past, Sports Network International is extremely pleased, proud and excited to expand this national Air Force drill competition designed and run exclusively for Air Force JROTC units. With the support of the Air Force JROTC Headquarters and the ability for top finishing schools to generate thousands of dollars and land a guaranteed competition space in the all-service National High School Drill Team Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida, this competition looks to be something very special.
